Sales Taxes
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
Refunds will not be offered for changes of mind, we will however will accept returns of merchandise if you believe the item is faulty or damaged witihin 7 days of reciept. Please contact us to discuss futher. Upon confirmation we will issue a credit to your account, replacement or refund through your original payment method e.g Credit Card. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Please contact us for further information to help you get the product back.
